Annual 2026 Health Fair

Presented by the American Society for Medical Advancement in Partnership with Elite Performance Training

Join us for a family-friendly day dedicated to health, wellness, and community connection! The American Society for Medical Advancement is proud to host our Annual Health Fair — an event designed to empower our community with the tools, resources, and knowledge to live healthier lives.

What to Expect:

• Mental Health Panel Discussions — Hear from licensed professionals and community advocates on stress management, emotional wellness, and breaking the stigma around mental health.
• Expert-Led Panels — Discussions covering nutrition, chronic disease prevention, women's and men's health, and healthy aging.
• Free Health Screenings — On-site screenings for blood pressure, glucose, BMI, and more, provided by healthcare professionals.
• Fitness Sessions — Morning run with RUN IT UP DALLAS, Guided fitness demonstrations including line dancing , and strength training for all ability levels.
• Community Vendors & Resources — Local health organizations, wellness brands, and community resources offering giveaways, information, and support services.
• Charity Celebrity Basketball Game - Come cheer on the teams at our Charity Basketball Game! Grab a seat, bring your energy, and enjoy a fun, high-spirited game for a great cause — supporting ASMA's mission to advance healthcare access for the community.

Open to all ages. Bring your friends and family and help us cheer the teams to victory!

• Family-Friendly Activities — Fun for all ages, including kids' health education and interactive wellness stations.

A $1 raffle ticket will be available for those who'd like a chance to win exciting prizes throughout the day — participation is completely optional and not required for entry.
